ingredients
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 0.8 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- 2 tbsp blue raspberry syrup (non-alcoholic)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries, for garnish
- 1 cup ice cubes
steps
1. make the syrup
combine the sugar with 1 cup of the water in a saucepan. heat until dissolved, then cool.
2. juice the lemons
juice enough lemons to get 1 cup of fresh juice, straining the seeds.
3. combine and color
mix the lemon juice, cooled syrup, remaining water, and blue raspberry syrup in a pitcher. stir until the color evens out.
4. garnish and serve
add the blueberries and ice. serve in a clear glass — this one's meant to be seen.
