- 0.25 tsp ashwagandha powder
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 0.5 cup hot water
- 1 cup oat milk, steamed and frothed
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
steps
1. bloom the blend
whisk the reishi, ashwagandha, and cinnamon into hot water until fully dissolved, no clumps.
2. sweeten
stir in the maple syrup.
3. steam and froth
steam the oat milk until hot with a good microfoam.
4. pour
pour the frothed oat milk over the base, holding back the foam, then spoon the foam on top.
