ingredients
- 1/2 cup dried hibiscus petals
- 4 cups water
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 strip orange peel
steps
1. steep
bring the water to a boil, add hibiscus, ginger, and orange peel, then remove from heat and steep.
2. strain
strain out the petals and ginger, stir in honey while the tea is still warm.
3. serve
drink hot, or pour over ice — it holds up either way.
