- 2 chai tea bags
- 1.5 cups cold water
- 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tbsp heavy cream, lightly whipped
- 1 cup ice cubes
steps
1. cold brew
steep the chai bags in cold water in the fridge overnight.
2. sweeten the base
remove the bags and stir condensed milk into the cold brew until dissolved.
3. fill the glass
pour the chai cold brew over ice.
4. float
slowly pour the lightly whipped cream over the back of a spoon so it floats without mixing in.
