- 10 fresh peppermint leaves
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 0.5 cup crushed ice
steps
1. muddle
muddle the peppermint leaves in the bottom of a shaker to release the oils.
2. combine
add the chilled green tea, lime juice, honey, and crushed ice to the shaker.
3. shake hard
shake vigorously until ice-cold and slightly frothy.
4. strain and serve
double-strain into a chilled shot glass and serve immediately.
